When you join the Itnify waitlist, we collect your email address. When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and optionally your phone number for verification. We also collect your trip inputs (destination, dates, preferences) to generate itineraries.
We use your email to send you product updates, your waitlist confirmation, and transactional emails (account verification, password reset). We use your phone number solely for one-time verification to prevent abuse. We use your trip inputs to generate your itinerary via AI and to improve the product.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except the service providers we use to operate Itnify (Supabase for database, Resend for email, Twilio for SMS). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Your data is stored securely in a Supabase Postgres database hosted in the US. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We use row-level security to ensure you can only access your own data.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings. You can request a copy of your data by emailing us. If you are in the EU, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
