By accessing or using Itnify ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Itnify is operated as a sole proprietorship. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Itnify regarding your use of the Service.
Itnify uses AI to generate travel itineraries based on your inputs (destination, dates, budget, pace, and preferences). Itineraries are AI-generated suggestions — they are not professional travel advice. You are responsible for verifying all travel information including visa requirements, operating hours, prices, and safety conditions before your trip.
You must provide a valid email address and verify your phone number to use the itinerary generation feature. One phone number may only be associated with one account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Itnify.
Free accounts receive a limited number of AI-generated itineraries. Once you reach the limit, you will be prompted to join the waitlist for a paid plan. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading; attempt to circumvent the one-phone-per-account limit; scrape or bulk-download itineraries; reverse-engineer or abuse the AI generation API; or use the Service in any way that disrupts or harms other users or our infrastructure.
You retain ownership of the trip inputs you provide. By using the Service, you grant Itnify a limited license to process your inputs to generate your itinerary and to improve the product. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party AI models without your consent. AI-generated itinerary content is provided to you for personal use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Itnify does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated itineraries for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itnify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including travel decisions made based on generated itineraries.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
