Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Itnify ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Itnify is operated as a sole proprietorship. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Itnify regarding your use of the Service.

2. What Itnify does

Itnify generates travel itineraries from your inputs, such as destination and trip length. Itineraries are built from a mix of curated destination data and AI-generated writing. They are suggestions, not professional travel advice.

Places close, hours change, roads shut and permit rules move. Unless you have bought a trip check (section 5), you are responsible for confirming everything that matters before you travel, including opening hours, prices, reservations, permits, visa requirements and safety conditions.

3. Accounts

You need a valid email address to generate itineraries. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Itnify. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

4. Free itineraries and limits

Free accounts receive a limited number of generated itineraries. We may adjust that limit at any time with reasonable notice. Itineraries are read-only once generated: to change a trip, generate a new one.

5. The paid trip check

A trip check is a one-time purchase of $22 (USD) that applies to one specific itinerary. It is optional. Nothing else on Itnify is behind it.

When you buy a check, a person reviews that itinerary by hand before you travel and sends you a written list of what they found, with sources. That review covers opening hours and seasonal closures for the places in your plan, permits, passes, timed-entry and shuttle requirements that apply to your dates, and a small number of local notes relevant to your trip.

A check tells you what we found at the time we looked. It is not a guarantee that conditions will not change afterwards, that any venue will be open when you arrive, or that a reservation will be available. It does not book anything for you, and it is not a substitute for confirming time-critical arrangements directly with the operator.

We aim to complete a check within three business days of purchase, and in every case at least 48 hours before your stated departure date. If you buy a check less than 72 hours before departure we may not be able to complete it in time. Where we cannot, we will tell you and refund you in full. See our Refund Policy.

A check that finds nothing wrong is still a completed check. Confirming that a plan holds up is the service you are buying.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. A trip check is charged once, for one itinerary, and does not renew.

7. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains when a trip check is refundable.

8. Sharing and public links

If you enable sharing on an itinerary, that trip becomes readable by anyone holding the link, without signing in, and may be indexed by search engines. Do not put private information in a trip you intend to share. You can disable sharing at any time, but we cannot recall copies or cached versions already made by others.

9. Affiliate links

Some links on Itnify, including tour and ticket links, are affiliate links. If you book through one, Itnify may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes which places appear in your itinerary: what we recommend is not influenced by what pays us. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, not with Itnify.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful or misleading content; to scrape or bulk-download itineraries; to reverse-engineer or abuse the generation API; or to disrupt the Service or other users.

11. Your content

You keep ownership of the trip inputs you provide. You grant Itnify a limited licence to process those inputs to generate your itinerary and to improve the product. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models without your consent. Generated itinerary content is provided for your personal use.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Itnify does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness of any itinerary for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itnify is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including travel decisions, missed bookings, closures or costs incurred on a trip. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. If we terminate your account while a paid trip check is outstanding and undelivered, we will refund it. On termination your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and Itnify consent to that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to a trip check you have already paid for.
